Komatsu offers excellent benefit package, competitive pay, annual bonus potential, and annual merit reviews.Key Job ResponsibilitiesWORK SAFE AND BE AN ADVOCATE FOR SAFETY A/R collection responsibilities Release completed OE orders for shipment Review bank accounts daily for new incoming receipts and any returned items or issues Deposit any checks received in the mail Submit and approve Accounts Payable Positive Pay files sent to banks Review Treasury reports received daily to verify amount received into account Reconcile all customer deposits against open invoices Reconcile and balance Accounts Receivable Aging reports Balance & reconcile SAP sales report, and provide any necessary adjustments that need to be made Reconcile booking and billing report, make any adjusting and ending balance entries, as well as make intercompany elimination entries Prepare accrual for any accounts receivable bad debt write-off quarterly Prepare the Accounts Receivable aging report, contacting customers with past due invoices, and report status at the monthly department review meeting Approve journal entries, recons, invoice cancellations, credits, invoices, manual debits/credits Support internal and external audit as needed. Support other functions in the accounting dept. as needed Assist operations accounting team with product cost issues, compiling OE reports, etc.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor' degree in Accounting, Master degree /CPA/CMA preferred.
