Senior Client Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their business
insurance needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 2.
Conducting thorough risk assessments, identifying potential risks
and developing tailored insurance solutions. 3. Leading the
marketing process, including the preparation of comprehensive
insurance proposals that meet client needs. 4. Building and
maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and
internal stakeholders. 5. Providing expert advice and guidance to
clients on their business insurance needs and risk management
strategies. 6. Monitoring industry trends and changes in
regulations to ensure clients’ insurance programs remain compliant
and effective. 7. Collaborating with the sales team to identify and
pursue new business opportunities. 8. Delivering exceptional client
service, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high client
satisfaction levels. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the
Business Insurance Senior Client Manager role should possess the
following qualifications: 1. 7-10 years of experience in commercial
property and casualty insurance brokerage or agency, with a focus
on marketing, consulting, and risk management. 2. Proven track
record of managing a portfolio of business insurance clients and
delivering high-quality service. 3. Deep understanding of risk
management principles and practices. 4. Exceptional
relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients
and stakeholders at all levels. 5. Strong analytical skills, with
the ability to identify risks and develop effective insurance
solutions. 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with
the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and
concise manner. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment. 8. Professional insurance designation (e.g.,
CIC, CPCU, ARM) is preferred. 9. Bachelor’s degree in Business,
