Pay: $30–$35/hr with Bonus Potential (DOE) | Weekly Pay | Full

Doing Install commercial HVAC systems (new construction and
retrofits) Work with project managers and GCs to ensure jobs are
completed on time and within scope Train and mentor junior techs
and apprentices Perform code-compliant work that meets high-quality
standards Maintain accurate job records (materials, time, progress)
Travel occasionally to job sites across Texas Prioritize safety and
teamwork on every project What We’re Looking For 5 years of
hands-on commercial HVAC installation experience with ductwork and
units Pipefitting and brazing experience is a must Sheet metal &
commercial unit installation experience Ability to read blueprints,
plans, and technical docs Strong communication skills and a
team-first attitude EPA certification & VRF experience are a plus
(but not required) Valid Texas driver’s license with a good record
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and pride in your craft Ready
