Job Description Construction-Apartment Maintenance/Make Ready-HVAC a plus Need someone that has MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE with electrical, plumbing, HVAC a plus etc. NO FELONIES, NO THEFT, NO DRUGS Must have a Valid Driver's License. Job Requirement and Responsibilities: Apartment Make Ready experience REQUIRED , including construction/carpentry experience Ensure that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to "market ready" status in a timely manner and ready for new move-ins Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exterior; change bulbs, replace bad lights, plugs, switches, etc. Check locks and keys, re-key if necessary. Check weather stripping, replace/repair, if necessary. Performs all repairs exterior/ interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair related to interior walls and doors (i.e., patch sheet rock, tape and float, shoot acoustics, apply texture, sand re-varnish doors) Perform grounds work: grounds trash/debris pick up, sweeping, pressure washing, blow breezeways and parking lots Must be able to lift a minimum or 40-50 lbs. Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability Have reliable transportation to and from work. Will use your vehicle to go to jobs daily. (Mileage paid.) Pay $15.00 hr. to $20.00 hr. HVAC PAYS MORE Mon-Fri 8:00 to 5:00 You must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. The job pays mileage when you use your vehicle to go do the make ready's. NO FELONIES AND NO THEFT YOU MUST PASS A DRUG TEST
