ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a
dedicated elementary school caseload in a dynamic educational
setting located in Magnolia, TX. This contract position is designed
for a professional ready to contribute to student success through
evaluations, ARDs, and therapy services within one elementary
campus. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language pathology
support to a caseload of 60-80 students. Conduct evaluations,
assist in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, and
deliver effective therapy. Work collaboratively with
speech-language pathologists, educators, and other school staff to
implement individualized student plans. Maintain accurate records
and reports consistent with school and district requirements.
Ensure all services are delivered onsite in compliance with
licensing guidelines. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language
Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification. Experience working within
a school setting preferred. Ability to manage an active caseload
efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Position Details: Location: Willis, TX (onsite only). Contract
duration through May 22, 2026. Work schedule: 4 days per week, 32
hours total. This position is ideal for an SLPA seeking a
meaningful role in education, delivering speech and language
support directly to students in an in-person learning environment.
