Job Description Job Description Salary: The Operations Manager provides leadership and operational oversight across multiple active commercial roofing projects to ensure consistent execution, efficiency, and alignment with company standards. This role supports Project Managers and field leadership by setting daily and weekly priorities, monitoring schedules, staffing, and resource allocation, and identifying execution risks, bottlenecks, and recurring issues while driving effective solutions. The Operations Manager maintains financial awareness of project budgets, cost tracking, and billing timelines, ensures smooth handoffs from estimating to operations, and collaborates closely with Estimating, Safety, Accounting, and Leadership teams. Success in this role means projects are properly staffed and progressing according to plan, Project Managers are supported and held accountable, and operational risks are identified early and addressed proactively in a fast-paced environment.
