The Job:

• Site wide responsibilities
• Analyze downtime, quality, safety, and finance performance for plant
• Investigate failures by analyzing and then implement solutions for improvement
• Redesign processes or machinery to improve cost efficiency and reliability
• Use Maximo to manage all maintenance activities
• Assist in all maintenance activities
• Identify other problem areas where improvements lower cost, reduce waste, and/or improve efficiency
• Project Management
• Direct supervision of Reliability Technicians
• Direct oversight using preventative and predictive maintenance programs including the use of thermography, vibration analysis, infrared, precision alignment, and others to improve reliability program
• Responsible for hydraulic and compressor programs Reliability Engineer Qualifications:
  • Must have 5+ years' experience
  • Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar Engineering Degree is preferred not required
  • Relevant experience with industrial manufacturing equipment or trades experience is an asset
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Communicate effectively using both verbal/written skills
  • Self-starter and motivated to do their best
  • Ability to adapt in a team setting
  • Computer proficiency in Maximo, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
