  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Rivian, Tesla, and other electric vehicle brands.
  • Execute advanced calibrations for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), sensors, cameras, and other electronic systems.
  • Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure seamless repair processes and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct post-repair inspections to verify the quality of repairs and calibrations.
  • Stay updated on the latest manufacturer training, certifications, and repair procedures for EVs.
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, especially those specific to EV repair and high-voltage systems.
  • Use specialized tools, equipment, and software to perform accurate diagnostics and calibrations. Qualifications:
    • Certification in EV repair or a strong understanding of electric vehicle systems (Tesla or Rivian experience preferred).
    • Proficient in ADAS calibration tools and processes (e.g., Hunter, Bosch, Autel systems).
    • ASE certification required
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with electric vehicles.
    • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to complete ongoing training and manufacturer certifications.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy. Behaviors/Competencies
