Responsibilities As an Electrical Assembly I team member, your
responsibilities will include: /n - Championing a safety-first
mindset by adhering to all company safety policies and advocating
for a hazard-free work environment. /n - Preparing thoroughly for
assembly tasks by studying blueprints, assembly instructions, and
parts lists to ensure accuracy and efficiency. /n - Gathering the
necessary tools, components, and subassemblies in advance to
streamline your workflow. /n - Performing assembly of electrical,
mechanical, and hydraulic components using templates, measurements,
and inspection techniques to ensure correct fit and quality. /n -
Assisting more experienced technicians as needed while progressing
towards independent completion of assigned tasks. /n - Performing
routine preventive maintenance on assembly equipment following
manufacturer guidelines, identifying issues promptly and escalating
repairs to maintain operational reliability. /n - Maintaining
cleanliness and organization of your workstation as well as
adherence to industry regulations regarding work environment safety
and cleanliness. /n - Documenting your work accurately by
completing production and quality control forms, ensuring
traceability and compliance with internal standards. /n - Engaging
collaboratively with team members and supervisors to foster a
positive and productive team atmosphere. /n /n This role demands

setting. Qualifications/Requirements To excel in the Electrical
Assembly I position, the following qualifications and requirements
must be met: /n - Demonstrated proficiency in basic mathematics,
essential for precise measurements and assembly calculations. /n -
Competency in reading measuring tapes and interpreting dimensions
accurately. /n - Familiarity with common hand tools, with an
understanding of selecting and utilizing the appropriate tool
safely and effectively for each task. /n - Ability to follow
detailed instructions carefully and replicate assembly procedures
consistently. /n - Awareness of required personal protective
equipment (PPE) for various tasks, and adherence to PPE usage
protocols. /n - Basic blueprint reading skills sufficient to
interpret technical drawings and assembly guidelines. /n -
Comfortable working within a team environment, demonstrating
cooperation and communication skills. /n - Commitment to
maintaining cleanliness and routine upkeep of equipment, tools, and
work areas to ensure operational efficiency and workplace safety.
