Key Job Responsibilities As an Electrical Assembly I team member, your responsibilities will include: /n - Championing a safety-first mindset by adhering to all company safety policies and advocating for a hazard-free work environment. /n - Preparing thoroughly for assembly tasks by studying blueprints, assembly instructions, and parts lists to ensure accuracy and efficiency. /n - Gathering the necessary tools, components, and subassemblies in advance to streamline your workflow. /n - Performing assembly of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components using templates, measurements, and inspection techniques to ensure correct fit and quality. /n - Assisting more experienced technicians as needed while progressing towards independent completion of assigned tasks. /n - Performing routine preventive maintenance on assembly equipment following manufacturer guidelines, identifying issues promptly and escalating repairs to maintain operational reliability. /n - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your workstation as well as adherence to industry regulations regarding work environment safety and cleanliness. /n - Documenting your work accurately by completing production and quality control forms, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal standards. /n - Engaging collaboratively with team members and supervisors to foster a positive and productive team atmosphere. /n /n This role demands diligence, strong observational skills, and a continuous commitment to learning and improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
