Description: Shift : 3:00pm - 11:00pmAreas of Responsibility:
Module Processing of IB RAW/Sorted Pallets and the Decision Maker
for Module/Bulk/LQ RAW Pallet lanes. Direct Reports: --- Processing
IB Flow Supervisor--- Processing Pricing SupervisorSub Direct
Reports: --- Processing IB Fork Lift Associates--- Processing
Pricing Associates Executive Description of Role: The Processing
Inbound Flow Manager is responsible the pallet flow of merchandise
from the Inbound Truck to the pricing stations. The Processing
Inbound Flow Manager must ensure that RAW pallets are flowing to
the correct pricing channel which are Module, Bulk and LQ bypass.
The Processing Inbound Flow Manager is also responsible for module
pricing and achieving the pricing KPI set forth by Senior
Leadership.Inbound Pallet Flow Level of Expectation: --- Ensure
that Inbound Flow Fork Lift Drivers stays at a staffing level set
forth by Senior Leadership.The Processing IB flow Manager must meet
weekly with their OPS Manager to ensure proper staffing is met. ---
Ensure that the Inbound Pallets are properly being taken to the
correct lane of freight flow. Ex. Module, Bulk and LQ Bypass ---
Ensure that Target pictures/consolidation process always stays in
compliance. --- Ensure that IB pallets are being scanned properly
to the correct IB lane assignment. --- Ensure that daily
productivity is being turned in at COB for tracking of associates
accountability. Inbound Flow Fork Lift Drivers productivity will be
based on Pallets Unloaded Per Hour with a goal of 26 pallets per
Hour. --- Ensure that staffing reflects the amount of productivity
needed to achieve 100% completion of IB pallets by COB. --- Ensure
that their Inbound Flow Supervisor has direct communication on
their Roles and Responsibilities each day. --- Ensures that pallet
flow for the next day is properly set up at COB for next days IB
flow.--- Ensure that Shift to Shift set up and Housekeeping
expectations are met daily.
Requirements: Module Processing Inbound Flow Level of
Expectation:--- Ensure Processing Pricers stays at a staffing level
set forth by Senior Leadership. The Processing IB Flow Manager must
meet weekly with their OPS Manager to ensure proper staffing is
met. --- Ensure that pricing KPIs are being met daily in accordance
to the daily expectation of disposed pallets per pricing hour. The
Disposed goal for Module expectation is .65 per processing pricing
hour used.--- Ensure that every unit coming out of pricing is
priced to achieve perpetual inventory. --- Ensure that daily
productivity is being turned in at COB for tracking of associates
accountability. --- Ensure that staffing reflects the amount of
productivity needed to achieve 100% completion of IB pallets by
COB.--- Ensure that Module Pricers are not placing Damage
Merchandise in the recirculation line.--- Partner daily with the
Outbound Flow Manager to ALWAYS ensure that pricers are 100%
staffed first. --- Ensure the proper breaks are being taken in
accordance with the direction set forth by Senior Leadership. ---
Ensure that every RAW pallet is properly disposed daily and counted
correctly at COB reporting. --- Ensure that Second Shift is set up
to complete the daily expectation of Inbound Raw Pallets--- Ensure
that Shift to Shift set up and Housekeeping expectations are met
daily.
