RN PCU - Longview, TXJob Description
Responsible for compliance with overall nursing practice standards
of the specialty area. Responsible for compliance with
standards/policies during assigned shift. Responsible for
supervising, assigning and directing activities of all licensed and
unlicensed caregivers and support staff during their assigned
shift. Uses independent judgment to ensure optimal delivery of
patient care and appropriate use of available resources. Ensures
that Longview Regional's values are reflected in all aspects of the
department's operation.PCU West FT Days--Responsible for compliance
with overall nursing practice standards of the specialty area.

operation.Experience:1. Previous Cardiac/ Telemetry preferred2.
Dysrhythmia Interpretation Course preferred3. Previous Critical
Care Course preferredLicenses/Certificates: 1. Current Texas RN
license or current Compact state license2. Current AHA Healthcare
provider BLS; ACLS required within 9 months of transfer or hire if
not current3. Critical Care Level 1 obtained within first 6 months
of hire4. Advanced certifications and training in Critical Care
