2 years experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month
work history gap in the last year.

BLS, ACLS (AHA) OR (ARC)
EXPERIENCE WITH PERIPHERAL PROCEDURES AND PACEMAKERS.
2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
PLEASE INCLUDEPERMANENT HOME ADDRESS AND SS# ON THE SUBMISSION
MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
