Job Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) is a skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the healthcare team, the RN assumes responsibility for a group of patients and provides care through the therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each individual
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellnessRequirements:
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or compact
