Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: [Information not provided] Experience: [Information not provided] License: [Relevant Nursing License Required] Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Must-Have: Experience with Epic electronic medical records Job Description: - Provide critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. - Administer medications, treatments, and other procedures according to patient needs and care plans. - Monitor and record patient progress and vital signs. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. - Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records using the Epic EMR system. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. - Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff. - Follow all protocols and guidelines to maintain a high standard of care. - Adapt to the changing needs of the ICU environment and provide team support as necessary. - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in all interactions.
