Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex care to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in Critical Care and another specialty (e.g. Medsurg, Telemetry, IMC or Emergency).
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • RN License in state of employment or compact required.Work Schedule and TypeTBDFull Time
