Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Comply with hospital policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Support the RN in developing and implementing the plan of care.
• Document patient symptoms, responses, and status accurately and thoroughly.
• Participate in patient and family education, promoting health and wellness.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of LVN/LPN training.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to communicate effectively.
