• Deliver exceptional patient care through the therapeutic use of self and the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Monitor unit activities and contribute to the development of staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
