Job Summary: Experienced NICU Nurse Required
Seeking a skilled and compassionate NICU nurse to provide
high-quality patient care and contribute to a dynamic healthcare
team.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing,
with a focus on neonatal care. They will be responsible for
delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with
interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining a safe and efficient work
environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care, utilizing the nursing
process to assess, diagnose, plan, and evaluate patient
needs
- Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account
patient preferences and cultural backgrounds
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side
effects and effectiveness
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care
given
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family
members, and caregivers

Patient Chart Reading and Interpretation

identifying and alerting to mistakes or omissions

staff

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty
preferred
- Perinatal RN Residency or recently practicing in a Perinatal
Setting is preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- BLS required
- Current STABLE certification from one of the following courses:
Participant, Lead Instructor, or Support Instructor
- Current NRP certification
