We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in Texarkana, TX. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and medication histories, identifying drug interactions and potential adverse reactions, and making dosing and treatment recommendations to physicians.

  Requirements:

  • Active pharmacy license in the state of Texas

  • Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
