Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medsurg/Telemetry and Intermediate Care team at Christus Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, policies, and procedures.Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of combined experience required in Medsurg/Telemetry and Intermediate Care.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • ACLS required.
