Summary: Experienced Nurse sought to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting, utilizing critical thinking skills and evidence-based practice to drive positive patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, with the ability to assess, plan, and implement effective care plans for patients with complex needs. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provides routine and complex care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, and implement effective care plans.
  
• Develops and implements patient education plans, addressing the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
  
• Administers medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
  
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  
• Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, family members, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources.

            Requirements:

            • Education/Skills:
              
              • 
                
              • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
                
                
              • Experience:
                
                • 
                  
                • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
                  
                  
                • Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
                  
                  • 
                    
                  • BLS required.
                    
                  • RN License in state of employment or compact.
