Seeking experienced Director of Nursing with 5+ years of SNF leadership experience to drive compliance, clinical outcomes, and staff development in a dynamic healthcare environment.

**Job Requirements:**

Current RN license
At least 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility
Strong history of compliance with state and federal regulations
Knowledge of CMS 5 Star Program
Evidence of positive clinical outcomes
