Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Henderson, TX, where you will work one-on-one with patients to aid in their treatment and recovery.

As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skilled care to patients, administering non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, and thoroughly documenting care delivery in our EMR system.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working under the supervision of the Physical Therapist to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan
  
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
  
• Delivering high-quality skilled care to patients
  
• Thoroughly documenting care delivery daily in our EMR system
  
• Contributing to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an associate degree in physical therapy
    
  • Current State License to practice physical therapy, valid state driver's license and auto liability insurance
    
  • One year experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
