Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Charge Registered Nurse to lead our Emergency Department team. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to staff while maintaining a high level of patient care and safety.Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to staff in the Emergency Department
• Maintain a high level of patient care and safety
• Ensure efficient patient flow and staffing
• Participate in patient and family education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomesRequirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current Texas or Compact State RN licensure
  • One year experience in ED/Supervision preferred
