Duties/Responsibilities for this position include but are not
limited to: - Formulates assessment and plan according to accepted
protocols, treatment plans or attending physician's treatment
protocols, treatment plans or recommendations. - Records data from
patient visit, including chief complaints, active problems,
medications, physical findings and results of diagnostic tests. -
Orders labs and non-invasive diagnostic and preventative screening
tests as indicated. - Prescribes medications according to
formulary. - Performs lab review, identifying abnormalities
according to established guidelines.
