11/11/2025 – End: 2/11/2026)\n Healthcare Setting: Medical-Surgical
Units (2nd and 3rd Floor)\n Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30
AM)\n Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend\n Float Requirement: Float within skillset as
needed\n Charting System: Cerner\n Scrub Color: Navy blue\n
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1470 - $1570\n \n\nRegistered Nurse
Qualifications\n \n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
or compact state\n Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
(travel nursing experience preferred)\n BLS certification
(required)\n Experience with Cerner electronic health records
preferred\n Ability to float to other hospital units as needed\n
Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n
\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n \n Deliver high-quality nursing
care to adult patients with diagnoses such as CHF, pneumonia,
sepsis, cardiac conditions, ESRD, post-op bariatrics, orthopedics,
ENT, and general surgery\n Monitor, assess, and document patient
status and progress in the Cerner system\n Administer medications
and treatments according to physician orders\n Collaborate with
physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and support staff
to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n Maintain accurate, timely, and
compliant documentation\n Float to other medical-surgical or
clinical units as required\n Follow all hospital policies,
