Job Description:
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As a valued
member of our home health service team, you will play a pivotal
role in delivering specialized nursing care to patients with
psychological and behavioral health needs in the comfort of their
homes. If you are committed to improving the well-being and mental

make a difference in our community. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate nursing care plans for behavioral health patients in a
home health setting. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists,
and social workers to develop treatment plans. Provide medication
management and education on drug interactions and side effects to
patients and their families. Monitor patient progress and response
to treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary. Educate patients
and families on strategies to manage mental health conditions and
promote behavioral changes. Document patient care and interventions
accurately and comply with regulatory requirements. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings to provide insights based on
nursing assessments. Offer emotional support and coping mechanisms
for patients struggling with mental health disorders. Expertise in
psychiatric nursing practices Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Proficiency in handling stressful situations
compassionately Experience with electronic health record systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong
documentation skills and attention to detail Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice Certified Psychiatric Nurse
(CPN) is preferred
