specializing in step-down care to provide critical support in a
fast-paced hospital setting. This contract position offers the
chance to work nights with a rotating weekend schedule, delivering
high-quality patient care in a 25-bed unit with a manageable

7 PM to 7 AM - Rotating weekends - No call requirements - No
48-hour shifts or block scheduling - Float as needed Qualifications
and Desired Experience: - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license -
Minimum of 2 years experience in progressive care unit (PCU)
settings - BLS and ACLS certification from recognized organizations
(AHA or ARC accepted) - Ability to manage a patient load of 1:5 -
Familiarity with EMR systems such as Medhost preferred
Responsibilities: - Provide expert nursing care to step-down
patients requiring close monitoring - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized patient care
plans - Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond
promptly to patient needs - Maintain accurate documentation aligned
with hospital policies - Support a smooth patient flow through
