- Critical Care Physician Position: We are looking for a
board-certified or board-eligible physician specializing in
Pulmonary and Critical Care, with a focus on lung transplantation.
This role entails overseeing both inpatient and outpatient
pulmonary patients, spearheading the lung transplant program,
collaborating with a diverse team, and engaging in research and
educational initiatives. The position comes with an academic

search of a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pulmonary and Critical
Care specialist with a strong background in lung transplantation .
We have successfully conducted 99 lung transplants in 2024 and are
recognized as one of the most advanced lung transplant centers in
the country, consistently delivering outstanding results and
maintaining some of the shortest waiting times nationwide. This
dynamic opportunity includes responsibilities in both inpatient and
outpatient settings, supported by a vibrant team of Physicians and
Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). We seek a dedicated physician
who is passionate about enhancing the field of lung transplantation
and delivering exceptional care to patients with severe pulmonary
conditions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive care to
patients suffering from advanced lung diseases and those undergoing
lung transplantation. Lead and engage in the lung transplant
program, ensuring high standards of care and optimal patient
outcomes. Oversee both inpatient and outpatient cases, including
consultations, follow-ups, and post-transplant care. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team, including other pulmonologists,
transplant surgeons, and APPs, to provide a patient-centered
approach to care. Contribute to the educational and research
missions of the division, including mentoring medical students,
residents, and fellows. Participate in innovative research and
clinical trials aimed at enhancing lung transplantation outcomes
and advancing pulmonary medicine. Qualifications: Board
Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care.
Expertise in lung transplantation is required; experience with ECMO
and advanced pulmonary therapies is highly desirable. This role
includes an academic appointment, offering opportunities for
