Job Description Hourly Pay: Maxim Healthcare in (Tyler, Tx) is
hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) work with Pediatric

Awards Program Responsibilities: - Utilize the nursing process to
assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - On each
assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance
with prescribed orders - Assess signs and symptoms indicating
physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. -
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health
care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing
diagnoses. Qualifications: - Currently licensed as an LVN in the
state in which the LVN will practice. - Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card. - One year prior professional nursing
