anesthesia team with excellent support, strong compensation, and no
in-house calls.Position Snapshot Setting: Inpatient Cardiovascular
Anesthesia at CHRISTUS St. Michael (Level III Trauma Center);
support for Wadley Regional Emergency DeptCase Mix: CABG, VALVE,
TAVR, Thoracotomy, VATS, Robotic Lung, Endovascular procedures, EP
Lab, DC/CV, TEETeam: Supportive team of CRNAs (non-cardiac focus),
2 MDs locums, with the goal of 3 full-time MDs Call: 1:3, no
in-house call; weekend call is Friday - Sunday, rarely called in
after hours Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM EMR:
EPICFacility: 312-bed acute care hospital with 129-acre campus;
dyad leadership model (clinical admin)Compensation & Benefits Base
Salary: $686,000Incentives:$10,000 quality bonus $4,000 annual CME
stipend Up to $100,000 signing bonus (negotiable based on
