Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school-based
Occupational Therapist with an active state license is needed to
support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in
Shreveport, LA. This contract opportunity runs from January 2026
through June 2026, providing essential therapeutic services to
students across multiple grade levels. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12.
Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and
implement individualized treatment plans. Conduct assessments and
monitor student progress. Facilitate skill development to improve
students academic and functional performance. Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with school and state regulations.
Qualifications: Active state license in occupational therapy.
Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in
grades K-12. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability
to work 30-37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week. Details: Start Date:
