Job Description:

services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to
join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work both in
our state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and in
patient homes as part of our home health division. As a Physical
Therapist with Encompass Health, you will play a crucial role in
helping patients regain their highest level of mobility and
independence through personalized therapy plans, utilizing the
latest in treatment techniques and equipment. Assess patient health
conditions through physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
Consult and collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan
effective treatments. Design and execute individual patient care
plans to foster recovery, maintain or improve mobility, and
alleviate pain. Educate patients and their families on
post-treatment care and possible adaptations. Maintain accurate
patient records and documentation. Adapt treatment plans as
necessary during the recovery process. Expertise in physical
therapy techniques and diagnostics Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part
of a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in using physical therapy
equipment and tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license CPR certification
