working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Athens, Texas, 75751! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2
years License: Current RN license required Certifications: ACLS,
BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Travel experience is required.
Experience with Epic charting system is required. Description: The
position is in the Emergency Room. Shifts are scheduled for nights,
following a 3x12-hour format. Registered Nurses will be responsible
for patient care in a fast-paced environment. The average patient
ratio is 3 patients per nurse. Experience in trauma settings is
preferred, particularly Trauma Level II. Skills in managing complex
patient cases, including critical care, are essential. The facility
cares for a diverse patient population, including neonates,
adolescents, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support services are
available on-site. Nurses will be expected to perform various
emergency procedures and patient assessments. Knowledge of
isolation precautions and infection control is necessary. Nurses
should be capable of handling ventilated patients and administering
IV medications. Continuous education and adherence to safety
protocols are required. Candidates should exhibit strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work
weekends is required. A commitment to patient-centered care is
essential. Additional special procedures may be expected in this
role. This position necessitates the ability to work in a
