Provider Needed: Emergency Medicine Physician Default Rate Type:
HRLY-Reg w/ Mal & Agency % Shift Type: Varied Est. Shifts: 14 Shift
Description: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am Weekend Requirements: Beeper call On
Call Requirements: No call MANDATED Job Requirements: Must have TX
license and DEA at the time of presentation Must have clean
malpractice/background for temporary privileges Must be Board
Certified in Emergency Medicine Must send EPA with presentation
Must send self-query NPDB if answering any negative yes questions
on EPA Must be able to work day and night shifts Must be willing to
cross-credential at multiple locations Must provide procedure logs
for the last 24 months Certification Requirements: ACLS ATLS BLS
Board Certified NIHSS PALS License Requirements: Texas Location
