a dynamic step-down unit serving a diverse patient population. This
contract position is ideal for registered nurses with experience in
step-down nursing who are ready to deliver high-quality,
compassionate care in an accredited hospital setting. Your
responsibilities will include monitoring and managing patients who
require a higher level of care than a general medical-surgical unit
but are not in the intensive care unit. You will work closely with
interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans, administer
medications, and respond to changing patient conditions
efficiently. Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license - Step-down nursing experience in a
hospital setting - Certification and clinical skills aligned with
current hospital requirements - Strong communication and critical
thinking abilities - Ability to perform under pressure in a
fast-paced environment Location:This assignment is based in
Clarksville, TX, exposing you to a vibrant community with easy

patients and families Schedule: Contract position with orientation
