Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our pulmonary care team in Texarkana, TX. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with respiratory and pulmonary conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities - Conduct patient evaluations, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation - Manage and treat acute and chronic pulmonary conditions - Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care - Provide patient education and counseling on disease management and prevention - Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR Qualifications - Active Texas NP or PA license - National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) - Pulmonology or related specialty experience preferred - Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Schedule & Compensation - Full-time schedule with competitive salary - Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and 403(b) retirement plan
