Job Description:
Join Touchstone Communities as an LVN Charge Nurse where you

seniors. As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee patient care, manage
nursing staff, and ensure adherence to established policies and

Supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care in accordance with
health standards. Manage the daily operations within the nursing
department. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize
patient care. Implement patient care plans meticulously.
Participate in the development and evaluation of nursing practices.
Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and maintain
accurate patient records. Strong leadership and organization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
clinical skills with an emphasis on geriatric care Ability to
handle stressful situations and make decisions quickly Knowledge of
healthcare regulations and safety standards Medical Insurance

LVN license CPR certified Potential additional certifications like
