Occupational Therapist Location: Longview, TX Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $689 to $884 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/15/2026 About the Position Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Days City/State: Longview, Texas Shift: 08:00-17:00, 8 Hour Days Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 06/15/2026 Job Description: Provide occupational therapy support under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. Work in a med-surg and ICU environment, assisting with patient assessments and interventions. Responsible for maintaining patient records and communicating with the healthcare team. Requirements: BLS (AHA or ARC) 1 year acute care experience EMR Medhost (preferred) Any solid color scrubs Able to manage an average of 10 patients per day Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
