Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to
provide dedicated high-acuity nursing care to patients during night
shifts within the comfort and safety of their homes. This role is
crucial for the continuous support of patients with complex medical
needs, ensuring their comfort and promoting their overall health.
Provide one-on-one high-acuity nursing care during night shifts.
Assess patient conditions and implement healthcare plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform advanced
medical procedures. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and
family members to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and
their families on treatment protocols and home care routines.
Maintain detailed patient records and report changes or concerns to
the healthcare team. Strong clinical skills with ability to handle
high acuity cases. Proficiency in using medical equipment required
for home healthcare. Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Crisis intervention and critical thinking skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of service. CPR/BLS certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
