4/20/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with
Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Ortho RN in Tyler,
Texas, 75701! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing
Specialty: Orthopedics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per
Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: State Nursing
License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Travel
experience preferred Description: Registered Nurse in the
Orthopedic Medical/Surgical Unit. Shifts are 3x12 hours on nights.
Patient ratio is 1:6. Charting is done using EPIC. Preferred
experience includes trauma level I or II. Skills required include
telemetry monitoring and management of various patient care
aspects. Experience with pre/post-surgical care, including
neurosurgery and thoracic surgery, is essential. Familiarity with
wound care, tracheostomy care, and IV maintenance is important.
Float between units may be necessary. Weekend coverage is required
