Job Description:
3-11 PM Responsibilities: Patient Care : Assist in the
implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical
care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs. Medication
Administration : Administer medications and monitor for side
effects. Support RN : Assist RNs in carrying out care plans and
follow their directives. Resident Observation : Monitor residents
conditions and report changes to the RN or physician. Documentation
: Record patient information and updates accurately in medical
charts. Supportive Tasks : Assist with resident mobility and
personal care activities as needed. Qualifications: Active LPN
license in the applicable state. Experience in a geriatric care
setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills.
