Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in northeast Texas. As a key member of our team, you will install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on retail products and equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on retail products and equipment at customer sites.
  
• Keep track of service calls via computer, including products serviced, work performed, hours and parts utilized.
  
• Maintain an accurate parts inventory at levels that ensure a first-time fix.
  
• Demonstrate and train customers on proper equipment use.
  
• Communicate with manager on customer satisfaction, sales opportunities, and recurring problems.
  
• Perform other tasks as needed.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent certification/formalized training.
    
  • Valid driver's license.
    
  • Ability to obtain or have existing state security license as required.
    
  • Functional and practical comprehension of MS Office and PC skills.
    
  • General knowledge of electronics, network device setup, and programming experience.
    
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
    
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
    
  • Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet.
    
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as needed.
