Job Description Role: Healthcare Project Manager Location:
Nashville TN – Hybrid Duration: 8 Months contract Job Summary The
Medicare Tech Ops team is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager
to support a portfolio of infrastructure and environment-related
initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning,
coordinating, and executing projects across infrastructure, DevOps,
security, and lifecycle management functions. The ideal candidate
will bring a hybrid Agile traditional project management approach,
with the ability to translate between application delivery teams
and infrastructure teams while driving projects to successful
completion. Key Responsibilities elop, maintain, and manage project
plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent
initiatives Coordinate and drive execution of
infrastructure-related projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget
delivery Facilitate regular project meetings, status calls, and
stakeholder updates to track progress and alignment Collaborate
with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, DevOps,
security, and application teams Identify, track, and manage project
risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution Act
as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring
clear communication and alignment Collect, analyze, and report
project data, providing status updates, metrics, and executive
reporting Support both small-scale independent projects and larger
initiatives in a contributing capacity Drive decision-making by
bringing stakeholders together and facilitating issue resolution
and problem-solving Ensure proper coordination for activities such
as upgrades, data refreshes, and environment readiness Types of
Projects Supported Product and platform upgrades Data refresh and
migration activities Infrastructure setup for new application
environments Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and inventory
initiatives IT lifecycle management and security-related projects
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field Minimum 2 years
of IT project management experience, preferably in infrastructure
environments Hands-on experience working with IT infrastructure
and/or DevOps teams Strong understanding of project planning,
execution, and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) Excellent
communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification (preferred, not
required) Scrum Master or RTE certification (nice to have)
Experience with Cognizant / TriZetto Facets Exposure to AWS or
cloud-based environments
