Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to): Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas on a daily basis. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility to remove dirt, debris, and spills. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment, to maintain cleanliness and prevent the accumulation of dust and dirt. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure a clear and streak-free appearance. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper, as needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and unclogging drains, to keep facilities in good working order. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning supplies and operating cleaning equipment. Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues that require attention beyond the scope of custodial duties. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to safety, sanitation, and confidentiality. Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:30pm-7:00am Key Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in environments with exposure to dust, various aromas, and loud noise levels.
