Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: This position is responsible for refurbishing frac trailers and related components (including engines, pumps, transmissions, etc.) in a shop environment in order to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner and to ensure maximum value for work performed. The hours for this position are from Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm. Our address is 3007 Maverick Dr. Kilgore, TX. 75662. Essential Functions: Performs rebuilding of frac trailers and related components including engines, pumps, transmissions and other related components Performs basic to moderate troubleshooting and diagnosing of equipment malfunctions and failures Performs testing and calibration using OEM and ensuring equipment meets OEM specifications Reads and interprets diagrams, and computerized schematics to meet work order tasks Assists in the rebuilding, repairing, and maintaining of equipment and components Must be able to plan equipment and component repairs Must be able to complete parts orders and identify parts for return Maintains all equipment and work areas – keeps in good, clean, and orderly condition Completes all documents associated with repairs promptly Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards Works overtime as required by workload and customers’ needs Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; e.g., ProTech Technician Training Paths Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Diesel Technology schooling preferred Must have a valid driver's license Must have own tools. Perform complex equipment assembly/disassembly correctly Read and work from blueprints Work alone with a limited amount of supervision Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is required. Must be a well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated person. Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail. Must have excellent attendance and work performance. Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks promptly.
