Come join our Marketing Team!!We are seeking a goal-driven, high-energy sale professional for our Specialty Clinics (Imaging, Physical Therapy, and Age Management & Aesthetics)Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying and developing referral opportunities with new business customers
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Must be self-motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within the clinic setting and marketing team
• Regular participation in community outreach events
• Continuously monitor changing customer and market trends to identify areas of business growth
• Research and analyze existing client relationship; identify gaps or issues as needed
• Identify and develop new markets to introduce the company's product
• Perform competitor analysis and adjusting the systems, processes, or marketing strategies to be at par with the competitor strategies
• Assess areas of potential joint ventures or acquisition and communicating with management
• Remain flexible for cross training
• Occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of practice
• Observe, identify, and do what is needed to move us forward in a way that best represents who we are as an organization
• Other duties as needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our Organization's Values
  The Business Development Specialist must be self-motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within each clinic and the marketing team.
  Pay: $20.00/hr & up (D.O.E)Hours: M-F 8-5 (occasional evenings & weekends)Benefits Available: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Accident, Cancer, Benefit Time Off, Birthday Pay, & Bereavement Leave
