Company Description Do you have an interest in specializing in lithotripsy procedures? - This is a great opportunity for a -Radiologic Technologist -who enjoys contributing expertise in the operating room and delivering excellent -customer service to -build great relationships with surgeons and medical professionals. This hybrid role also delivers medical lasers to the OR and participates in surgeries. - Our extensive training provides you the expertise required to -assist surgeons and be successful in this exciting position. Job Description Provide radiology and lithotripsy expertise to urology surgeons at local hospital and surgery centers Prepare for, participate in, and complete ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy) procedures - Calibrates and monitors lithotripter and associated equipment during medical procedures Provide service excellence to customers and strong team work to support business needs Training on lithotripsy equipment is provided; new grads are encouraged to apply Qualifications Positive and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and in a team setting Ability to work a daily schedule with varied start and end times (schedule based on customer surgeries) High degree of accountability Strong problem-solving skills and solution focused Outstanding communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with -attention to detail Proficient computer and texting skills Physically able to push, pull, and manipulate medical equipment -Certifications Graduate of accredited radiologic technology program Registered ARRT Active state license(s) Valid driver's license and good driving record Compensation Salary range: - $80,000 - $85,000/year $10,000 signing bonus - for direct placements only Competitive bi-weekly salary PLUS overtime pay for over -40 hour work weeks -Check out our benefits! 7 Company paid holidays, PLUS 1 floating holiday Generous paid time off (PTO); over 2 weeks your first full year 401(k) plan with generous company match; Annual profit-sharing opportunity Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plan options Teladoc health account Supplemental critical illness insurance Supplemental accidental injury insurance Health and wellness rewards program Employee referral bonuses Service and recognition awards Company uniforms Company cell phone Company paid ARRT and state license renewal - Additional Information Company Description ForTec is an industry leader, dedicated to improving patient health by delivering innovative surgical technologies to our healthcare customers on demand.
