Job Description:

Production Superintendent Harvard, TX Duties
--- Organize the processing production operations of 2nd shift.
--- Directing the production, maintenance, sanitation and receiving areas in their daily activities.
--- Checking performance of each department to meet production efficiency, yield and quality goals.
--- Setting obtainable metrics.
--- Ensuring sanitation meets USDA standards.
--- Coordinating production and sanitation maintenance to meet daily requirements.
--- Establishing challenging objectives and standards from each supervisor and encourage them to give their best effort. QUALIFICATIONS:
--- 8+ years of experience in the poultry/food industry required with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
--- Proven leadership skills.
--- Strong Project Management skills
--- Must demonstrate critical thinking skills.
--- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
--- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize work.
--- Bachelor's Degree Production Manager (First Shift) Redland, TX Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications:
  • 7 or more years in Supervising
  • Previous experience supervising 25 or more people
  • Previous experience in food service or Chicken industry
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
