equipment for food service and retail customers through its
subsidiaries. The company’s products include ware washing
equipment; cooking equipment, including ovens, ranges, and
broilers; refrigeration equipment, including refrigerators,
freezers, and prep tables; food processing equipment, including
slicers, mixers, and scales; and kitchen exhaust, ventilation, and
pollution control systems. ITW FEG has the largest service network

ITW Food Equipment Group LLC is an Illinois Tool Works Inc.
subsidiary. SUMMARY The EH&S Coordinator is responsible for
supporting safety and environmental policies and programs to ensure
the business complies with all applicable standards and
regulations. This role monitors security, hygiene, and
environmental control practices to mitigate risks and prevent
accidents across service operations. The EH&S Coordinator will
coordinate appropriate actions with a third-party administrator for
all Worker’s Compensation claims, assist in preparing training
materials and communications, and support incident investigations
by researching reports and recommending corrective actions under
the guidance of the Sr. Environmental Health and Safety Manager.

strategic application of safety practices. Analyze data to
recommend improvements in processes, policies, and practices.
COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY: Adapt communication style and tools to
ensure clarity and impact. Engage in difficult conversations and
maintain confidentiality across a range of situations. PLAN AND
ALIGN: Prioritize effectively to support strategic EH&S
objectives while ensuring daily operational responsibilities are
executed accurately and on time. MANAGE COMPLEXITY: Collaborate
with stakeholders to achieve EH&S goals. Make data-driven
recommendations and maintain awareness of industry trends affecting
EH&S practices. DECISION QUALITY: Gather and apply relevant
data to support EH&S strategies. Drive simplification and
partner cross-functionally to resolve complex issues that impact
current and future business needs. ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
Perform the EH&S function in keeping with ITW values, develop
and maintain a working knowledge and use of the ITW toolbox.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are
